1. How do I know my credit card is safe?

All credit card information is encrypted with top-security 128-bit software, the industry standard.

2. Where do my pictures go when I upload them?

A copy of your photo is sent to our computers for processing. We keep your photo for 7 days, and then delete it. No copies of your picture are kept.

3. When will my pictures be ready?

Your pictures will be ready for pickup 5-7 business days after placing your order. Please add 3-4 business days for home delivery (via CanadaPost).

4. What resolution do I need?

640 x 480 4" x 6" mugs
635 x 889 5" x 7" mugs
1016 x 1270 8" x 10" mugs, calendars, mouse pads, T-shirts, sweatshirts

*Note: Low-resolution images do not work for certain items. If your resolution is too low, you will see a warning message. At that point, you may continue to use the image, but at your own risk. PhotoCounter is not responsible for poor quality caused by low-resolution images.

5. What if I have problems uploading or ordering from your site?

6. How do I get my pictures?

You can pick them up at the store you choose, or have them delivered right to your door (via CanadaPost) for an additional $5.00.
